Pre-production samples are available for confirmation. Only mould cost and shipping fee will be charged (if applicable).

C) What is the fastest lead time for urgent orders?
Urgent orders with simple designs can be finished within 7 days, while the normal lead time is about 15 days.

D) Do I need to pay the mould fee again for reorders?

We will keep your moulds for 2 years starting from your last order. No extra mould fee is required for reorders within this period.

E) Which shipping methods are available?

Small shipments can be delivered via DHL, UPS or FedEx. Bulk orders can be shipped by sea or air DDP. We have favorable logistics rates to help you cut shipping costs.

F) What should I do if quality defects are found after receiving goods?

Strict QC inspection is carried out before shipment, so defective products rarely occur. If any quality issues exist, please send us photos, and we will remake and reship items free of charge!
